Solvent free 2 part epoxy primer and moisture barrier for wood floor bonding

Sika Primer MB is designed for use in conjunction with SikaBond wood flooring adhesives.

For moisture control on cement-based substrates with moisture contents of up to 6% CM Carbide meter

For substrate consolidation on concrete, cement and anhydrite screeds and refurbished substrates.

For adhesion promotion for broadcast mastic asphalt and on old adhesive residues.

Pot life depends on air and moisture content

• +10 degree C = 60 minuite
• +20 degree C = 30 minuite
• +30 degree C = 15 minuite

Curing Time

• +10 degree C = 18 hours
  
• +20 degree C = 12 hours
  
• +30 degree C = 6 hours

Curing speed is dependent on temperature, relative humidity and absorption of substrates.

High temperature and low relative humidity decrease curing time.

Cured material becomes transparent.
