Sika Proof SikaProof 5 Litre is a liquid Waterproof admixture which prevents transmission of water through sand or cement renders, screeds, concrete and mortar also improves the workability of the product.

Sika Proof is ideal for use on swimming pools, water tanks, ponds, below ground concrete, for render and floor screeds for water resistant applications. Improves permeability and absorption.

For the waterproofing of screeds to resist water pressure below ground Waterproof renders to resist moisture and dampness above ground level Internal water proof tanking and dramatically reducing water permeability.

Suitable for all applications where resistance to water damage is necessary, such as pool and tank linings, roof areas, external rendering pointing and structures below ground level were extra protection is required.

250ml per 25 kg of cement.

How to use Sika Proof Liquid Waterproofer:

SikaProof should be dispensed into the mixture with the gauging water.

Cement mortar mixes must be proportioned as fit for purpose to ensure durability in terms of density and strength.

Protect all mortars etc from premature drying.

Careful surface preparation is essential to achieve a durable bond to the substrate.

Ensure the substrate is sound, clean and free of dirt, dust and grease.

Remove all cracked, loose and flaking render, plaster and paint.

For porous substrates first pre-wet and prime with a bonding slurry consisting of cement and SikaBond SBR+.

Apply mortar directly working wet-on-wet
