Sika Maxmix integral waterproofer block the capillaries and pores in the applied sand and cement renders, screeds and mortar to provide an more effective barrier against the transmission of liquid water.

The concentrated formular is easy to dispence and 1 litre is equal to 25 litres of standard waterproofing liquid.

Sika water proofer provides excellent freeze faw cycling, it also improves the workability of mortar render giving it a buttery consistency and helps prevent shrinkage, cracking, crazing and mild frost damage during the curing process, as well as providing long term resistance to freeze thaw cycles.

Sika Maxmix waterproofer contains pore blocking additives to reduce water absorption and reduces the chance of efflorescence unsightly salt formation often seen in new builds.
