Overview:

Soudal Fix ALL Flexi Grey is a premium SMX hybrid polymer product that handles bonding, sealing and flexible gap filling with one tube. It’s designed for real-world site conditions, offering strong adhesion across many porous and non-porous substrates while remaining extremely elastic for joints exposed to movement, vibration and temperature change. The formula is food safe, non-staining (including on porous natural stone) and contains XS1 fungicides for high mould resistance ideal for kitchens, bathrooms, wet rooms and shower areas.

How to Use

• Clean and degrease where needed; dry is best, but it tolerates damp/humid conditions

• Cut nozzle to the desired bead size and apply a continuous bead

• Tool for a neat finish before skinning

• If bonding, press parts together firmly and support if required

• Allow to cure fully before painting or heavy cleaning exposure
