The Soudal Fix ALL Flexi Brown – Trade Box of 12 is the bulk, money-saving option for regular fitting, maintenance and sealing work where you want a reliable hybrid that also gives a tidy colour match. Built on SMX hybrid polymer technology, it works as a sealant, adhesive and flexible filler, delivering strong grip while remaining highly elastic for joints that move, flex or vibrate. It’s food safe, virtually odourless, non-staining (including on porous natural stone) and contains XS1 fungicides for excellent mould resistance in humid areas.
