Overview:

Soudal Fix ALL Flexi White is a premium SMX hybrid polymer sealant, adhesive and flexible gap filler for trades and serious DIY jobs where movement, moisture and mixed materials are part of the brief. Unlike many traditional sealants, it’s designed to be non-staining and natural-stone safe, making it a strong choice for sealing and bonding around marble, limestone and other porous stone where discoloration is a concern. Finished in a clean white colour, it’s ideal for crisp perimeter pointing and neat detailing.

This is a true multi-use product for bonding, sealing and filling, suitable for interior or exterior applications and usable in all weather conditions. It offers primerless adhesion to many common substrates (including damp and humid surfaces), contains XS1 fungicides for excellent mould resistance in sanitary areas, and remains highly elastic to cope with expansion, vibration and day-to-day building movement.

Limitations / Notes

• Not suitable on PE, PP or PTFE

How to Use

• Ensure surfaces are sound and as clean as possible (dry is best, but it tolerates damp/humid conditions)

• Cut nozzle to suit bead size and apply a continuous bead

• Tool the sealant for a smooth finish

• For bonding, press parts together firmly and support if required

• Allow to cure fully before painting or heavy cleaning exposure
