Product Overview:

Bond It Builders complete Double strength Brick and Cement cleaner is a powerful 16 percent hydrochloric acid based cleaner used for cleaning masonry surfaces such as brick block work patio slabs and building facades these surfaces need to have a test on a small inconspicuous area first before full application, not for use on limestone or marble.

Will remove unsightly stains caused by numerous every day occurrences, as well as builders splatter. grime, oil, grease and other difficult-to-remove stains, from brickwork, patios, garages, paving, concrete floors and warehouses, used to remove mortar stains from brickwork Suitable for cleaning unsightly stains, algae, some paints, oils, limescale efflorescence salts from paths patios and driveways.

Main uses are on brickwork Render and concrete all surfaces should be treated using caution, wear hand and eye protection.

Main Uses:

For removing cement and mortar splashes, light oil stains and grease from brickwork, paving, tiles, earthenware and concrete.

Bond It brick and patio cleaner should not interfere with the various types of concrete and stone (except limestone and marble and coloured concrete) commonly encountered in the general building area.

How to use Bond It HS Brick Acid:

1. Gloves, overalls, boots and goggles should be worn at all times during application.
2. Protect metal surfaces and paint-work before application with polythene sheets and tape.
3. Remove excess dirt, mortar, etc. with a stiff yard brush or hand brush, the use of a churn brush is advised as extra pressure can be used on this type of brush.
4. If cleaning down brickwork saturate area with water to prevent damage to mortar do this before commencing a full clean down, test on an inconspicuous area first.
5. Bond It HIGH STRENGTH BRICK ACID diluted 4:1, water to cleaner for normal use, dilute between 2 and 4 parts water to 1 part cleaner.
6. Apply using a brush and allow to stand for 10-15 minutes ensuring the area does not dry out and is scrubbed occasionally with a stiff brush.
7. Rinse thoroughly with large amounts of water, do not add water to neat cleaner, always add the cleaner to the water.
8. If stains persist, repeat the process and or use the cleaner undiluted taking care to test the neat cleaner first on an inconspicuous area.
9. For removing efflorescence use a 8:1 dilution water to cleaner. 
10. Always use a plastic container for diluting this product such as a paint kettle

Product Limitations:

Do not use Bond It brick and patio cleaner on limestone or marble as the chemicals will attack the surface.

This product can also have an adverse effect on coloured concrete, test an inconspicuous area before use.

For removing mould, lichen or mildew use Bond It Patio Blaster.

If used internally, extreme care must be taken and thorough ventilation provided as fumes can cause damage to sensitive surfaces.
