Sika Sikasil 825 Silicone Sealant is a Low modulus, Neutral cure, Alkoxy, building and construction joint silicone sealant that's Virtually odourless, suitable for both porous and non porous surfaces and with no need for priming, suitable for pointing in most applications in the building industry, pointing to frames, vertical expansion joints to walls and buildings, it has excellent tooling and is slow skinning, for use in construction and glazing applications, adheres to Glass Metals Plastics Wood Paint UPVC Lead Copper Zinc Polycarbonate etc.

Non Staining on most surfaces, has excellent external weathering properties, and high viscosity non slump formula that makes it suitable for wide joint applications, the sealant is suitable as an expansion construction joint sealant,
