Specially formulated for perimeter sealing of external windows and doors, this neutral-curing sealant offers excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates, including PVCu, glass, aluminium, and composite materials—without the need for priming in most cases. Its flexible composition ensures it accommodates joint movement while resisting weathering, UV radiation, and ageing, making it ideal for commercial and industrial environments. Supplied in a trade box of 25 cartridges, it’s perfect for contractors, installers, and building professionals seeking consistent results, reliability on site, and cost-effective bulk purchasing, 825 is also suitable for wall expansion joints with the aid of a back rod to create a 2 sided correctly formed elastic joint that will accommodate the movement requirements.
