How to Use

• Machine preparation: Take out all gun filters - strainer, suction and pencil - before loading. Fill your bucket or hopper with the spray plaster and prime the airless machine with water first.

• Nozzle set-up: Fit one of the recommended nozzles - 5.31, 5.35, 6.31 or 6.35. The machine must run at a minimum flow rate of 5L/min for this product.

• Spraying technique: Position yourself at 90° to the wall, at a distance of 0.7 to 1m. Keep the gun moving at a constant speed, parallel to the substrate. Cover 1m² at a time at a steady 90° spraying angle.

• Overlapping passes: Work in cross passes, overlapping the previous pass by 50% each time. Treat any ceilings before moving on to the walls.

• Skimming and second coat: Skim the wet surface with a trowel or straight blade of at least 50cm. Once the first coat is hard and dry to the touch, apply a second coat if extra build-up is needed.

• Finishing: Leave to dry fully before sanding to the required finish. Wear appropriate dust protection during sanding.
