Everbuild Tecnic 825 Silicone Sealant is a Low modulus, Neutral cure, Alcoxy, building and construction joint silicone sealant thats Virtualy odourless

suitable for both porous and non porous surfaces and with no need for priming,

it has excellent tooling and is slow skinning, for use in construction and glazing applications.

Adheres to Glass Metals Plastics Wood Paint UPVC Lead Copper Zinc Polycarbonate etc.

Non Staining on most surfaces

Excellent external weathering properties

High viscosity non slump formula that makes it suitable for wide joint applications

Suitable as an expansion construction joint sealant.
