Bond It mitre bonding kit superglue and activator system a 2 part pack that contains a mitre superglue and a spray activator, the glue is a high viscosity ethyl cyanoacrylate adhesive with gap filling properties coupled needed in a mitre superglue with an accelerator that overcomes the adverse effects of acidic surfaces such as oak timber and MDF, setting off the adhesive fast.

Bond it Glue Monster Pack Mitre System the two part super glue system comprising an extremely high viscosity 50g adhesive and 200ml aerosol fast activator, used primarily for instant bonding normally 10 seconds on wooden joints, with numerous other uses, this Bond-it Mitre Bonding Kit is a set consisting of a high viscosity cyanoacrylate adhesive super glue and activator which when used together create a rapid bond in seconds achieves high bond strength.

• Fixing and repairing wooden parts.
• Multitude of industrial applications
• Bonds MDF, wood, chipboard, rubber, leather, plastics, Perspex, UPVC ceramics, aluminium and metals.
• Ideal for all cornice and profile mitres, trims, picture frames, MDF, skirting and architrave joints, worktop end strips, PVCu trims and much more.
• It is particularly useful for production lines such as electronics assembly and uPVC window trim bonding.

Preparation and Application Directions:

• Spray aerosol lightly over one face of the joint and allow to dry.
• Apply adhesive to the other face and bring together immediately and apply gentle pressure.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Can be used on uPVC but over application of the accelerator can result in staining, this stain may not become visible for several hours after application.
• Specialist UPVC Activator Available if required

Bonding Times:

• The speed of cure varies according to the substrate to be bonded, timber and metals will have a longer cure time than plastics and rubbers.
• Best results are achieved on close fitting parts with a very thin bond line.
• Excessive bond gaps will result in slower cure speeds.

Application temperature for applying Bond it Mitre System should be between +5 degrees C and +25 degrees C.
