The Soudal Fix ALL Flexi Black – Trade Box of 12 is the bulk option for fitters and maintenance teams who regularly need a strong, flexible sealant that also bonds. Based on SMX hybrid polymer technology, Fix ALL Flexi Black works as a sealant, adhesive and gap filler on a wide range of building materials, including jobs where surfaces may be slightly damp or the environment is humid. It’s food safe, virtually odourless, and contains XS1 fungicides for excellent mould resistance in wet areas.

• Clean surfaces and remove dust/grease; dry is best but it tolerates damp/humid conditions

• Cut nozzle to suit bead size and apply a continuous bead

• Tool for a smooth finish before skinning

• For bonding, press firmly and support if required

• Allow to cure fully before painting or heavy cleaning exposure
