Basic How to Use

• Insert the drill bit into a guide and set the depth using the collar and hex key so the bit stops just short of breaking through.

• Pull out the underside guides to set the required distance (30mm or 50mm) from the edge of the panel.

• Position the jig with the guides against the edge and clamp firmly in the reinforced clamping area.

• Drill through each guide until the depth collar contacts the jig, then move to the next guide.

• To extend the row, use the locator pin through the first guide into the last drilled hole, re-clamp, and continue drilling.

The jig can also be used without the pull-out guides where alternative alignment methods (such as pencil lines or fences) are preferred.
