Sika Sika-floor 125 a Latex ultra high strength high performance, Latex modified cement based powder, with a time for foot traffic 2 to 4 hours at +20 degree c, time for applying coverings 8 hours such as carpets and vinyl, Sikafloor 125 ia a latex modified smoothing and levelling compound for advanced flexibility and resilience. It is suitable for smoothing and levelling uneven rigid internal floors prior to applying final wearing coverings.

When mixed with water, Sika 125 can be used to level out uneven floors and screeds internally and for some external applications, and is suitable for internal floor applications.
