Preparation:

1. Remove all loose material by brush and or vacuum.
2. Ensure joints are filled with compacted kiln dried sand such as Sika Setting Sand Narrow Joint Filler.
3. For existing areas, remove all oil grease and diesel stains.
4. Remove weeds, algae etc with a product like Everbuild Patio Wizard.
5. Ensure all areas are completely dry before applying Everbuild 409 Block Paving Sealer.

How to Use:

1. Prepare the Surface: Ensure the paving is clean, dry, and free from loose debris, grease, or moss.
2. Apply the Sealer: Use a brush, roller, or sprayer to evenly coat the surface.
3. Avoid Over-Application: Allow the sealer to penetrate the surface without pooling or streaking.
4. Allow to Dry: Leave to dry completely, typically within 24 hours for foot traffic and 48 hours for vehicles.
5. Reapply if Necessary: For heavily trafficked or porous areas, a second coat may be applied for optimal protection.
