How to Use

1. Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from grease or dust the use of Cornertape pre silicone sealant wipes will aid adhesion and the end result will be a cleaner finish.

2. Cut the Nozzle: Trim to the required bead size at a 45° angle.

3. Load the Cartridge: Insert into a standard sealant gun.

4. Apply the Sealant: Dispense evenly along the joint or gap, maintaining consistent pressure the use of a 45 degree nozzle adapter will aid in access behind tapes and awkward areas..

5. Tool the Bead: Smooth immediately using a suitable finishing tool or damp finger the use of Sika Tooling Agent will also help.

6. Curing Time: Skin forms within 30 minutes. Allow 24–48 hours for full cure before water exposure.
