Overview:

The Mexco XCEL Grade Diamond Tile Drill Bit 110mm is engineered for maximum performance and excellent cost per cut when drilling the hardest man-made and natural decorative materials. Designed for dry cutting, this premium diamond core bit features a wax-coated core that melts during use to help lubricate and cool the cutting edge, reducing heat build-up and extending tool life.

Supplied with an M14 thread for direct mounting to most angle grinders, this XCEL grade tile drill can also be used with an M14 to hex adaptor in a high-speed drill, giving flexible setup options on site for professional tilers, bathroom fitters and installers.

Please note that not all the hole saws have slots in them some are continuous.

How to Use:

• Check the tile or material is suitable for drilling with a dry-cut diamond tile drill.

• Mount the Mexco 110mm drill bit directly onto an M14 angle grinder or use an M14 to hex adaptor in a suitable high-speed drill (non-hammer).

• Mark the drilling position clearly on the tile.

• Start at a slight angle to score the surface, then bring the drill upright.

• Use steady, light pressure, allowing the diamond segments and wax core to do the work.

• Periodically lift the bit away from the surface to allow cooling and debris clearance, further cooling wax can be applied.
