Everbuild Tileset 700 White Universal Standard Set Tile Adhesive an internal external powdered floor and wall tile adhesive in WHITE a 20kg bag is a cement-based modified powdered tile adhesive with standard setting properties, Tile-set White colour particularly recommended when fixing light coloured natural stone such as marble and travertine and light tiles, TileSet 700 WHITE has extended open time and is designed for applications where extensive cutting is required during application, suitable for fixing most substrates including ceramic, natural stone, concrete, unskimmed plasterboard, dense block work, cement screeds and cement based tile backer boards.

Everbuild 700 Tileset WHITE wall and floor adhesive is water resistant and is suitable for tiling domestic communal and power showers it also has excellent adhesion properties, Everbuild 700 White Tile Set is a standard setting ceramic tile adhesive has a setting time of 24 hours. The adhesive is water-resistant and can be used in areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, showers, remains workable for 4 to 5 hours depending on absorbency of the substrate and temperature.

Everbuild 700 Tileset White Universal Standard setting Time Instructions:

Plasterboard:

• Porous substrates like plasterboard must be primed with Everbuild SBR Bond diluted 3 to 1.
  

Concrete Screeds and Renders:

• Allow fresh concrete etc to dry for at least 4 weeks before tiling.
• Prime surfaces with Everbuild SBR Bond diluted 3 parts water to 1 part SBR+ and allow to dry.
• Surfaces such as tamp rutted concrete and masonry blockwork, that are rough or uneven, should be prepared with a suitable Sikafloor Self Levelling compound and allowed to fully cure for at least 24 to 48 hours before application.
  

Existing Tilled Surfaces:

• Ensure tiles are securely bonded to wall or floor.
• Roughen surface of glazed tiles with sander.
• Apply a bonding coat of neat Everbuild SBR Bond or Adhesion modifiers coatings.
• Apply mixed adhesive whilst bonding coat is still tacky.
  

Mixing:

• Everbuild 700 should be added to clean water in a mixing bucket and mixed with a paddle mixer if available.
• The sides of the bucket can be brought into the mix by using a bucket trowel to prevent any dry lumps in the mixed tile adhesive.
  
• Mix approximately 3 parts by volume powder to 1 part by volume water.
  
• Always add powder to water.
  

Application 700 TileSet White:

1. Using a large notched trowel spread the adhesive evenly onto the substrate the Size of notches depends on size of tiles being used, the surface being tiled, the profile on back of the tiles, and degree of coverage required.
2. Press the tiles firmly into place using a slight twisting action.
3. Leave a grout joint this can be done using tile spacers unless self spacing tiles are used.
4. Surface adhesive should be cleaned from the faces of the tiles with a moist cloth or sponge.
   
5. Rake out excessive adhesive from within joints before setting takes place.
6. The open time of the exposed adhesive bed is approximately 4 to 5 hours depending on surface porosity and site conditions.
7. Grouting may proceed as soon as the tile bed is sufficiently firm, which will be around 24 hours at room temperature.
   
8. Do not use at temperatures below +5 degree C or above 35 deg.
   

Grouting:

1. Allow 24 hours before grouting depending on site conditions or when tiles are sufficiently firm to accept light foot traffic.
2. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for protecting and sealing the tiles before and after grouting.
