How to Use

• Preparation: Remove the gun filters - strainer, suction and pencil - to allow product flow. Load the spray plaster into your bucket or hopper and prime the airless machine with water.

• Nozzle selection: Use the recommended nozzles for this product: 5.31, 5.35, 6.31 or 6.35. The airless machine must have a minimum flow rate of 5L/min.

• Spraying: Stand at right angles to the wall at a distance of 0.7-1m. Spray at a constant 90° angle, working 1m² at a time. Move the gun parallel to the substrate at a steady, constant speed to achieve an even coat.

• Cross passes: Work in cross passes, overlapping each previous pass by 50% as you progress across the surface. Spray ceilings before walls where both are being treated.

• Skimming: After spraying, skim the surface with a blade or trowel at least 50cm long. Apply a second coat once the first is fully hard and dry to the touch, if additional build-up is required.

• Sanding: Allow the plaster to dry fully, then sand to the required finish. Wear a dust mask during sanding.
