Everbuild Block Guard 409 is a block paving seal and joint stabiliser based on a clear solvent based acrylic formula.

Can be applied by spray, brush or roller, a application roller kit STD49713 is available.

Block guard is designed to form a durable seal over block paving and other mineral paving Slabs.

Penetrates deeply into blocks & sand then cures by solvent evaporation, Give a long lasting seal which is resistant to sunlight, water, oil, petrol etc.

Benefits:

• Long lasting acrylic based formula.
• Helps facilitate easier cleaning.
• Contains a powerful fungicide to help prevent the growth of mould, fungus or weeds.
• Block paved drives and pathways.
• Natural stone patio areas.
• Cement based flagstones etc

Approximate Coverage:

• Varies according to substrate. Average 5-7 meters square per litre per coat.
• 2 coats recommended.
• Re-coatable after approximately 3 to 4hrs absolute minimum between coats.

Preparation:

• Remove all loose material by brush and or vacuum.
• Ensure joints are filled with compacted kiln dried sand such as Sika Setting Sand Narrow Joint Filler.
• For existing areas, remove all oil grease & diesel stains.
• Remove weeds, algae etc with a product like Everbuild Patio Wizard.
• Ensure all areas are completely dry before applying Everbuild 409 Block Paving Sealer.
