Product Overview:

Bond It Power Mix supplied in a 1 litre dosing bottle highly concentrated air entraining liquid plasticising admixture that's 20 times the strength of conventional products.

A premium quality, concentrated plasticiser designed to improve the workability of all Portland cement based mortars and to increase their resistance to freeze‐thaw cycles

Forms extremely stable air bubbles in mortar mix improving the workability of mortar, giving it a buttery consistency that gives the best finish and usability.

Helps prevent shrinkage, cracking, crazing, mild frost damage during the curing process, as well as providing long term resistance to freeze thaw cycles.

Bond it Powermix 1 Litre Plasticiser eliminates the need for additional lime to be added to the mix and reduces the chance of efflorescence.

Soothes out variations between separate batches of sand and cement mix

How to Use Bond It Power Mix:

1. SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE.
2. This product is supplied in a carefully measured dosage bottle, simply squeeze the bottle to administer the correct amount of liquid into the delivery nozzle.
3. Use at the rate of 4ml per 25Kg bag of cement.
4. For hand mixing best results are obtained by adding the POWERMIX to the gauging water before mixing.
5. In the case of mechanical mixers, the liquid may be added directly to the cement mixer.
6. Add approximately 50ml of POWER-MIX per 200L 45 gallons of water

Limitations

Do not use in structural concrete.

Do not exceed the recommended dosage rate range.

Do not mix with other additives in same gauging water.

Do not use in lime based mixes.

Do not use at temperatures below +2oC or when temperature is expected to drop below 0oC within 24 hours.
