This set is specifically designed to be used with a morticing machine to cut square holes 6mm 10mm 13mm and 16mm.

Manufactured with high carbon hardened and tempered steel. 

Each mortice drill chisel has been finely ground and polished with honed edges. 

Stored in a well presented wooden case with latch closure.

The cutting part is composed of an auger bit and a hollow chisel. 

Please ensure the piece of wood you are working with is clamped down. 

The auger will rotate inside the chisel and remove most of the material as it spins. 

As the auger and chisel goes in to the wood the outer hollow chisel will create the straight edges.
