This Vaughan Steel Eagle Hammer has been made from solid forged high-carbon American steel.

Balanced and weighted correctly to improve swing and reduce fatigue for the trade.

The steel is tapered and drilled at the handle end to improve head weight balance and reduces vibration transfer through the handle.

This also provides a secure mounting point for the cushioned grip which is moulded over and through the steel and has a splayed end for extra grip.

Tempering of the head and claws of the hammer to fine tolerances ensures that the correct level of hardness is reached while retaining the steels integrity.
