The Silverline Builders Blue Tarpaulin 2.4m x 3m is a lightweight, general-purpose cover for protecting tools, materials, furniture and work areas from rain, dust and dirt. Made from tear-resistant laminated polyethylene with reinforced, piped hems, it’s ideal for sites, gardens, trailers and DIY use.

Rust-resistant metal eyelets at approximately 1m intervals make it easy to tie down securely. Fully waterproof, UV-treated and resistant to mould and mildew, this builders tarp is designed for regular outdoor use and extended service life.

To help prevent damage and prolong tarp life in exposed locations:

• Run ropes or straps over the top of the tarpaulin, so the load or framework takes the strain rather than the eyelets alone.

• Tie off to solid anchor points (posts, trailer lashing points, stakes or weights) instead of just going eyelet-to-eyelet.

• Keep the tarpaulin as close to the load as possible to reduce flapping and stress on the fabric and eyelets.
