The DEWALT DCM571 FlexVolt 54 volt XR Brush Cutter & Strimmer Bare Unit - No Batterys or Charger.

Fitted with a highly efficient brushless motor with a metal housing for increased runtime, life, durability and efficiency, the variable speed control provides a high/low setting for fast job completion over large areas, the enclosed and durable Xenoy battery housing provides increased protection, includes a brush cutter adaptor kit and a brushknife, for everything from simple grass trimming to heavy-duty clearing work.

As well as providing the necessary voltage for powerful machines like the DCM571, the unique advantage of Flexvolt batteries isthat they are also backwards compatible with the standard Dewalt 18v XRrange of cordless power tools, this means they can be used to power a huge variety of professional grade industrial power tools as well as all the garden machines in DeWalts 18v & 54v landscaping ranges.
