Bond It Flash Mate Lead Sealant Colour Lead Grey BDLEAD and roof line sealant a Fast Skinning Low modulus neutral cure that's been created to give exceptional adhesion to soft metals such as lead and brass without Damaging the metal, Bond it lead sealant has been specially formulated as an alternative to mortaring Lead Flashing and other sheeting into Masonry, lead sealant reduces weather ingression, tile lift and noise, the sealant is tough, resilient and compatible with lead, it is also suitable for other roof line sealing.

Bond it Lead mate Can be applied using a standard size sealant gun and comes in a standard cartridge, also known as Flash Mate Sealant a low modulus, neutral cure sealant specifically designed to give exceptional adhesion to soft metals such as lead, brass, copper and zinc and will not attack these metals unlike some sealants.

Can be used to bond glass and glazing plastics as well as small sections of roofing materials under repair, bond it roof sealant is ideally suited for sealing roof-lights, conservatives, soffits, glass house, industrial roofing systems, lead flashings and to prevent tile lifting and wind noise, it also has excellent UV, heat and ozone resistance and sets to a tough, resilient rubber seal. Also suitable for use on metals, concrete, mortar and plaster.

The Lead grey colour matches nicely with leadwork it a good range high and low temperature resistance and excellent weathering properties make it incredibly useful and easy to work with compared to other sealing methods.

Apply using a sealant applicator sealant gun 310ml or 400ml.

Important Information:

• When re-sealing lead make sure all old sealants are removed completely and any green mould or moss is treated with Bond It Mould Stop.
• Use Backer Rod on gaps to create a 2 sided joints this is very important especially on wide joints as a large joint that is just filled with sealant will not have the movement capability's that a 2 sided joint has
