Sika Sikafloor 440 level is a fibre reinforced polymer modified cement based powder free flowing self levelling compound that is highly heat resistant, the addition of Sika Sikafloor 440 Levelling Compound with fibre reinforcing making it also suitable for using over underfloor heating and can be used up to a depth of 30mm, If you should wish to pour to a deeper level in one go up-to 60mm deep use 720 Febfloor. Fibre and polymer reinforced, flexible, high strength cement based levelling compound, designed specifically for use with underfloor heating and floors with tricky structures such as wooden floors.

When mixed with water Sika-floor 440 can be used to level out uneven floors and screeds, it produces a smooth self-levelling compound which dries to a tough flexible finish which may then be overlaid with most common floor coverings or left as a final wearing surface, supplied in 20kg bags sika Sika-floor 440 can be trafficable in 3hrs and overlaid with floor coverings within 4 to 5 hours depending on conditions.
