Sika Sikafloor 360 Level Fibre Floor Grey Self Levelling Compound 20kg is a fibre modified, cement-based leveller that creates a smooth, free-flowing finish for correcting uneven floors from 3–60mm in one application. It’s underfloor heating approved for embedding heating pipes and cables, and the powdered polymer blend means there’s no separate latex liquid to buy.

Designed for fast turnarounds, it’s walkable in around 4 hours and can be overlaid after approximately 8 hours at normal temperatures. Ideal for internal floor preparation before tiles, vinyl and other floor coverings. Not suitable as a final wearing surface.

How to Use

• Prepare the floor: ensure it’s clean, dry, sound and free from dust, grease and loose material.

• Prime the substrate and apply the leveller while the primer is still tacky (use the correct primer dilution for the substrate).

• Add powder to clean water (3.4L per 20kg) and mix with a slow-speed paddle until smooth—do not overwater.

• Pour onto the floor and allow to find its own level; lightly trowel to the required depth (max 60mm per layer).

• Allow to set: foot traffic typically after 4 hours; overlay typically after 8 hours (longer in cool or low-porosity conditions).

• For additional layers, allow the first coat to dry (minimum 8 hours at 20°C) and re-prime between coats.
