The key cabinet is set to 000 combination from factory.

• step 1 one open the key cabinet slide the switch to position b upward
• step 2 change and right down the new code
• step 3 slide the switch down to position A the new combination is now set

Always store the new code safely as there is no way to over ride a forgotten code once the cabinet has been locked in the closed position.
