Bond-it Anchor Bond is a rapid curing two part chemical anchoring cartridge system that's styrene based a two part polyester anchoring adhesive resin.

A 2-part system applied in one single action cartridge to produce a cost-effective, tough chemical resistant fixing.

The cartridge has 2 bags inside with the correct ratio of base and activator as the plunger travels up the cartridge the adhesive is pushed through the mixed nozzle to perfection.

Bond it ANCHOR BOND is ideal for close to edge applications as no stress is placed on the surrounding substrate unlike expansive wall plug fixings.

Versatile in use anchor-bond is suitable for fixing wall ties, starter bars, studs, bolts or large screws in brickwork, concrete, masonry, stone etc.

Ideal for day to day applications include fitting railings, steel structures, satellite dishes, fire surrounds, gates, sanitary fixings/towel holders, pipes and lamps.

Use of Bond it Anchor Bond makes the fixing and the substrate as one the load is spread throughout the entire fixing area as opposed to when plastic plugs or mechanical fixings are used especially in friable or cracked substrates.

Can be used in a standard 310ml or 400ml strong gun such as the Powerpro Sealant Gun or Cox Heavy Duty Sealant Gun.

Important Points

Surface Preparation

Drill hole to the correct diameter and depth

For optimum results the hole must be coarse sided.

If the holes are produced by diamond drilling the surfaces should be thoroughly roughened.

Remove all dust and debris from the hole using a hand or air pump.

Bars or Fixings should be clean and free from oil or grease, all flaking rust should be removed.

Threaded rod or studs should be chisel ended to prevent them being unscrewed from the cured resin.

400ml needs a specialist extruder Chemical Anchor Gun.

310ml fits standard good quality Sealant Applicator Gun.
