How to Use Sika Sikaflex 11FC+ Adhesive and Sealant

Follow these steps for best results:

1. Prepare the Surface: Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free from grease, dust, or contaminants.
2. Cut the Nozzle: Trim the nozzle at an angle to match your desired bead size and attach it to the cartridge.
3. Load the Cartridge: Insert the cartridge into a standard caulking gun.
4. Apply the Adhesive/Sealant: Run a smooth, consistent bead along the joint, pressing firmly for full adhesion.
5. Tool the Joint: Smooth the sealant with a tooling stick or finger dipped in soapy water for a neat finish.
6. Allow to Cure: The adhesive/sealant skins over in approximately 1-2 hours and fully cures within 24-48 hours, depending on the thickness of the application and conditions.
