Manufactured from a durable MDF platform with low friction melamine coating for easy sliding.

Features solid brass indexing keys to ensure uniform spacing and tight finger joints.

Cuts 1/4 inch, 3/8 inch, and 1/2 inch box joints on a router table.

Matched with HSS router bits for precisely fitting joints.

Sacrificial MDF fence face helps control tear-out.

How it works

The square bar underneath the jig slots into the existing router or table saw guide.

The jig is then set up at the correct square to the cutting bit or blade.

Top of the jig is free running.

With the stock up against the back board the timber is passed across the router bit or blade to remove the wood leaving the joint.

Please ensure the depth of the router bit or blade is set first.

Its good practice to work on a test piece first before committing to your workpiece.

The Jig comes with 3 positions guides, once one joint is done then set the spacing for the next cut.
