Overview:

Bond It GBX White is a premium STP hybrid multi use sealant and adhesive for trade-grade sealing, bonding and fixing. It cures neutrally with very low odour, stays permanently elastic and delivers strong high grab on a wide range of common construction materials. Provides a clean white finish for neat joints on building and maintenance work.

The white finish is ideal where you want a clean, crisp joint line in kitchens, bathrooms, trims, frames and general internal sealing, while still being suitable for external use thanks to UV and weather resistance. It is over paintable, non-shrinking with anti-pick properties and designed to resist mould growth in humid areas when fully cured.

How to Use

• Ensure surfaces are clean and free from grease/oils/contamination.

• Cut cartridge top, fit nozzle and cut at 45° to bead size.

• Apply with a standard sealant gun.

• Sealant use: run a continuous bead and tool smooth with a soapy solution.

• Adhesive use: apply beads/strips and press parts together; allow to cure.

• Clean uncured residue with white spirit or wipes; cured material must be removed mechanically.

  Yes. It can be overpainted with water-based paints once cured; always test on a small area if finish quality is critical.

• Can it be used outdoors?
  Yes. It’s suitable for interior and exterior use and designed to perform in all weather conditions.

• Does it work on slightly damp surfaces?
  Yes. It offers excellent adhesion, even on moist surfaces (surface must still be sound and free from contamination).

• Is it suitable for expansion joints?
  No, it is not recommended for expansion joints.

• Can it be used for aquariums?
  No, it is not for use in aquariums.

• How quickly does it skin over?
  Skin time is around 10 minutes, with a cure rate of approximately 2.5mm depth per day (conditions dependent).

• What temperature range can it handle?
  Service temperature is -40°C to +120°C once cured.

• How should it be stored?
  Store unopened in cool, dry conditions between +5°C and +25°C, protected from frost and direct sunlight.
