The Owatrol Owayell Marine Gelcoat & Metal Renovator Cleaner is a powerful, fast-acting formula designed to remove oxidation, yellowing, limescale, rust stains, and waterline marks from boat hulls, gelcoat, stainless steel, chrome, and aluminium. Its thick gel consistency ensures maximum contact time, allowing for deep penetration and effective stain removal without excessive scrubbing. Owayell is a gelcoat and metal renovator which removes yellow staining, limescale and rust spots from gelcoat, stainless steel and other surfaces in a matter of minutes. It will brighten and whiten gel coats as well as dissolve limescale, sea salt and water marks. Owayell will also disintegrate dirt caused by micro-organisms and barnacle shell residue. Can be used to restore shine to stainless steel, anodised aluminium and chrome surfaces.

How to Use for Best Results

1. Prepare the surface

   • Rinse with clean water to remove loose dirt and salt deposits.

2. Apply Owayell

   • Using a brush, sponge, or cloth, apply an even layer to the affected area.
   • Allow to sit for 5 to 10 minutes to penetrate stains and oxidation.

3. Scrub & Rinse

   • Gently scrub with a soft brush or sponge to lift stains.
   • Rinse thoroughly with fresh water to remove residue.

4. Repeat if necessary

   • For tougher stains, reapply and allow more time for penetration before rinsing.

1. Always carry out a preliminary test to determine suitability.

3. Protect surfaces you do not wish to treat.
4. Do not apply to surfaces in direct sunlight during the hottest hours of the day.
5. Limit contact time to 5 minutes when applying to paint, varnish, lacquer or non-rusted steel.

Application:

1. Shake well before use.
2. Do not dilute.
3. Apply OWAYELL to the surface to be treated allow to work for 5 to 10 minutes 20 Deg C @ 50 % RH.
4. Theres no need to scrub the surface.
5. Rinse with plenty of fresh clean water, working from top to bottom.
6. If required repeat process.

TIP:

For surfaces heavily encrusted with limescale brush surface with nylon brush 10 minutes after applying first application.

DO NOT rinse. Apply 2nd application and leave to work 5 to 10 minutes.
