The Triton TQTRSS Orbital Palm Sander is a compact 200W finishing sander designed for one-handed use on a wide range of materials. Using standard 1/4 sheet abrasives, it’s ideal for fine sanding and surface preparation on wood, paint, fillers and primers. A lightweight body and rubber over-moulded grip help reduce vibration and hand fatigue, while the 12,000rpm no-load speed delivers smooth, consistent results. The base accepts both hook & loop sheets and clamped conventional paper, giving you flexibility over the abrasives you use.

How to Use

• Choose a suitable 1/4 sheet abrasive: use hook & loop sheets on the pad, or standard sheets secured with the built-in clamps.

• If using plain sheets, use the supplied punch plate to create dust extraction holes before fitting.

• Attach the dust collection canister firmly to the rear outlet.

• Place the sander flat on the work surface, then switch on to avoid gouging.

• Move the sander in smooth, overlapping passes with light pressure, allowing the orbital action to do the work.

• Empty the dust canister regularly to maintain effective extraction and performance.
