How to Use
Ensure surfaces are clean, sound, and free from dust, grease, loose material, old sealant, or loose coatings.
Prime highly porous surfaces (such as new plaster) if required using a suitable PVA primer mix as recommended.
Surfaces may be slightly damp, but must not be wet (damp conditions will slow curing).
Load the cartridge into a compatible jumbo mastic gun.
Cut the nozzle to the required bead size and puncture the membrane before application.
Apply a continuous bead to the joint, gap, or bonding area and tool as required for a neat finish.
For board bonding, apply beads at suitable centres, fix boards immediately, and support until cured.
For overhead boarding, always use in conjunction with mechanical fixings.
