Sika Everbuild AC95 Trade Deal (Box of 9) is a white intumescent acoustic sealant and adhesive supplied as 9 x 900ml jumbo cartridges for trade and larger installation work. It is designed to help form an acoustic and intumescent barrier by sealing gaps in plasterboard walls, floors, ceilings, and dry lining systems, while also providing strong adhesion for bonding plasterboard to plasterboard, timber or metal studding, blockwork, and beams. It is also suitable for sealing and bonding most kraft-lined insulation boards.  Jumbo 900ml Application Gun. to use this product this is not a normal size sealant gun.

How to Use

• Ensure surfaces are clean, sound, and free from dust, grease, loose material, and old sealant.

• Prime highly porous surfaces if required.

• Surfaces may be slightly damp, but not wet.

• Load the cartridge into a compatible 900ml jumbo applicator gun.

• Cut nozzle to suit bead size and puncture the membrane.

• Apply a continuous bead and tool as needed for a neat finish.

• For board bonding, apply beads at suitable centres and fix boards immediately.

• Use mechanical fixings for overhead boarding applications.
