Everbuild 200 comes in 4 colours and is a Cost effective Acetoxy cure sealant that adheres to most smooth and non-porous materials.

Contains an anti-fungal compound to prevent mould growth in areas of high humidity such as bathrooms kitchens and sanitary items.

Mid to low modulus silicone sealant for use on glass to glass, glass to aluminium and metal.

Sealing around baths showers basins & other sanitary ware.

As an adhesive for fixing plastic PVCu trims, cladding panels.

Sealing around worktops and laminates.

Cap glazing to metal, timber PVCu window and door frames.

Pointing around window & door frames.

Aluminium gutter sealing.

General draught proofing.

Limitations

Do Not use in conjunction with bitumen, or asphalt.

Do Not use on highly porous surfaces such as new concrete or stone work.

Do Not use on substrates that may bleed oils, solvent or plasticisers.

Do not use to bed double glazed units.

Do not use on soft metals such as lead & brass.
