How to Use

• Ensure surfaces are sound, clean and dry, removing dust, oil, grease and loose material, set the depth of material by using a polyethylene backer rod.

• Cut the nozzle to the required bead size and fit the cartridge into a sealant gun.

• Apply a steady, continuous bead along the joint/overlap, pressing firmly for good contact.

• Tool the bead to a neat finish using a suitable profiling tool.

• Allow the sealant to weather in service (curing/skin times vary with conditions and bead size).
