Cromar Cromapol One Coat 5kg White is an extremely tough, heavy-bodied acrylic roof coating designed to provide fast, reliable waterproofing protection across a wide range of roofing applications. This fibre-reinforced formula creates a flexible, seamless barrier that helps stop water ingress quickly, making it ideal for both urgent roof repairs and planned maintenance work. Its bright white finish also offers solar benefits by reflecting more sunlight and absorbing less heat than darker roof coatings.

Formulated with a high fibre content, Cromapol White is designed to bridge small cracks and gaps while delivering effective one coat coverage for instant waterproofing performance. It can be applied in wet or dry conditions, making it a practical choice when weather is less predictable. Suitable for use on most common roofing materials, Cromapol White can be used on flat and pitched roofs, roof lights, flashings, gutters, slate, asphalt, lead and metal surfaces. It is also ideal for general sealing, repair and maintenance on concrete, fibre cement, roofing felt, mastic, bituminous coatings, rigid uPVC, corrugated iron, tiles, brickwork, glass fibre, copper, zinc, downpipes, gullies, upstands, vents and leadwork.

How to Apply Cromar Cromapol Roof Coating:

1. Clean all debris to ensure a dust free surface, all moss and lichen must be removed using a Fungicidal Wash, ensuring all corners and gutters are clean and free from plant growth.
2. Ensure the area to be repaired is free from standing water, make good all cracks, splits, small holes and flashings prior to application.
3. Gap or expansion joints greater than 3mm must be covered using Glass‐Fibre scrim and Cromapol this must be carried out prior to full coating.
4. Cromapol will tolerate damp surfaces although as with any application for best results Cromar recommend applying to a dry surface.
5. Cromapol is easily applied using a brush, roller or squeegee.
6. Application temperature should be between 5 degree C  and 25 degree C.

Drying time up to 1 week depending on temperature moisture and thickness of coating.

The product maybe soft for a further period but this is not detrimental to the waterproofing qualities of the product.
