Alphachem 25 Litre drum of concrete hardener and dust proofer a concentrated solution for direct application to concrete ideal for factories, garages, workshop flooring and concrete parking areas.

Hardens and dustproofs the surface of concrete, on new and old concrete floors for both internal and external use.

Concrete Hardener & Dustproofer is a reactive treatment for cement based flooring for new floors or to cure dusting on old poorly laid floors.

Alpha Chem Concrete Hardener and Dustproofer hardens and seals the surface of concrete floors and provides a dust proof dressing that gives increased floor life.

Application

Do not apply to non concrete surfaces.

Surfaces should be free of loose particles and as much dust as possible.

Allow new floor to cure prior to application for 28 days.

Saturate surface and allow to dry for 24 hours.

Avoid ponding of surfaces.

Apply second coat then after 1 to 2 hours depending on atmospheric and surface moisture content.

Wash excess material away to avoid a white deposit forming
