Everbuild 708 Self Levelling Floor Compound now dual branded as Everbuild 708 Febfloor is a cement based Levelling compound used to level out uneven floors and screeds prior to laying ceramic tiles, thermoplastic tiles, lino, wood block flooring or carpet. Everbuild 708 is a self-levelling topping when mixed as directed, the compound provides a free-flowing mix that sets in 2 to 4 hours and can be over laid after only 8 hours at normal temperatures. Suitable for underfloor heating applications beneath heating systems.

Mix with either water or EVERBUILD 709 FLOOR FLEX PLUS to give a free flowing self levelling topping.

Can be walked on between 2 and 4 hours.

NOTE: This product is not suitable for use as a final wearing surface.

Internal use.

For levelling uneven subfloors prior to covering tiling vinyl flooring etc

Internally surfaces should be primed using Everbuild PVA Bond.

Timber surfaces must be primed using Everbuild SBR Bond.
