Using and electric paddle mixers is fast and easy to use, resulting in a smoother mix than you cant obtain by mixing by hand, they ensure a full mix of the product being mixed, with paints a uniform mix of all ingredients giving a uniform colour with powders ensures there are no dry areas in the mix that will create weakness and perhaps even failure of the product.
