Everbuild Tecnic Hybriflex 480 is a one part general purpose building sealant based on hybrid polymer technology. Everbuild Tecnic Hybriflex 480 is ideal for perimeter pointing of uPVC windows and door frames, jointing brick, stone and concrete including weatherproof sealing applications, for parapet and roofline sealing, trafficked floor joints up to 15mm wide and dilation joints where stress does not occur until fully cured . Once cured Everbuild Tecnic Hybriflex 480 can be over painted if required with most common acrylic based paints.

• Expansion joints in brick stone concrete and render.
• Weather sealing applications.
