Low modulus neutral cure silicone sealant and premium building and frame sealant that gives excellent unprimed adhesion to both porous and non-porous building substrates,

making it the perfect partner for pointing doors and window frames, for weather sealing of curtain walling and roof lines, building facades and expansion joints to walls.

Specification

• Safe for use on Sealed units due to its neutral cure will not damage the bonding glues or foils of the sealed units.
• Pointing to Polycarbonate, and most plastics
• Has excellent weathering characteristics
• Resistant to ozone, UV radiation and temperature extremes.
• Correctly formed joints have a movement capability + or - 50%
• 20 to 30 minutes working time a fast cure tack free in 2 hours,
• Application Temperature Range 5 to +40 Deg C
