Galva Mate Premium High performance adhesive metal sealant specifically designed for sealing ducting in heating and ventilation applications.

Contains a high level of fungicide to prevent mould growth in areas of high humidity and can be over-paintable when cured and is very strong adhesion to galvanized and stainless steel surfaces.

Everbuild Everflex GalvaMate Duct Sealant is a high performance solvent free adhesive and sealant specifically designed for sealing high velocity duct work in heating and ventilation systems including grills, jointing etc. This sealants quick skinning and curing provides excellent slump resistance that can be overpainted when cured if required. Everflex Galva Mate Duct Sealant adheres to galvanized and stainless steel surfaces and remains permanently flexible to handle joint expansion and reduction caused by temperature change if required.

Surface Preparation and Application

All surfaces must be clean and dust free all loose or flaking surface coatings

Old sealant and mastic joints, should be removed before application.

May be applied to damp but not wet surfaces.

When assembling ducting joints, particular reference should be made to the guidelines set out by the Heating and Ventilation Contractors Association.
