Sika Sikafloor 245 SikaLevel Ultra Deep Fill Levelling is a 1-part, thick bed cement based smoothing and resurfacing compound for levelling out very uneven floors and screeds

down to a depth of 50mm in one coat.

It is typically used for levelling floors prior to laying ceramic and thermoplastic tiles, lino, wood block flooring or carpet.

When mixed as directed, the compound provides a free-flowing trowelable mix that sets in 3 hours and can be over laid after only 12 hours at normal temperatures.

NOTE: This product is not suitable for use as a final wearing surface.

Areas for Use:

For levelling uneven subfloors prior to covering/tiling

NOTE: This product is not suitable for use as a final wearing surface.

Always mix with clean fresh water and always prime floors as directed in technical data sheet

Prime with SikaBond SBR diluted 1:3 with water.

Never exceed the quantity of water stated this will dramatically reduce strength and may cause cracking.

Do not mix more compound than can be laid in 20 minutes and never try to reconstitute once the product has started to stiffen.

On substrates where underfloor heating is in place, switch of the heating for 24 hours before and after application.
