Hardened and stamped oval shaped steel blades are parallel riveted to reduce back fill.

Benefits from having long handles for greater depth and ease of use.

Suitable for digging  6 inch diameter post holes.

Suitable for professional and occasional use can also be used in the garden for digging holes for plant relocation simple to use once you get used to them, with the handles pushed together throw them down into the ground the tips will penetrate the soil.

Pull apart the handles to put pressure on the captured soil, lift out the soil and place to the side do this again and again until the required depth and width is obtained, once the post or plant has been inserted the excess soil can be back filled from the spoils.

Tip use the weight of the tool to do the work.

In very dry or frozen times when the soils very compacted they will be harder to use moisten the ground in advance and perhaps with the aid of a rabbiting spade or trench spade as well.
